The number one cause of death is dietary related and largely preventable with a plant-based diet and healthy lifestyle changes.  Currently, our top three causes of death in Australia are Ischaemic Heart Disease, followed by Dementia including Alzheimer’s Disease, and then Cerebrovascular Diseases such as Stroke.  There is growing evidence to suggest that humans thrive on a plant-based diet, that the consumption of meat, dairy, eggs and processed foods substantially contribute to the development of our biggest killers, and that many chronic diseases such as Diabetes and certain Cancers are preventable and, at times, even reversible.

The knowledge on how to thrive as a human being is not a privilege, it is a right.  The “Conscious Healthy Lifestyle Plan” (CHLP) is an effort to bring this knowledge to you, into your home and to your family.  The CHLP offers the foundation of knowledge upon which each and everyone of us can thrive.  In collaboration with Emma Strutt (Accredited Practising Dietitian, greenstuff nutrition) and Marita Strutt (Certificates in Plant-Based Nutrition and retired Music Teacher), I am excited to announce the CHLP which we are rolling out as of January, 2018.

You can either do the CHLP by yourself or get the support of one of the packs listed below.

To book your CHLP 1, 2 or 3 please watch the documentary “Forks Over Knives” (available on Netflix) and complete and email a Health Assessment Form so that your CHLP can be catered specifically to you, your health concerns and lifestyle.  On your Health Assessment Form, please select which Pack you are booking and your Cost Option.  You can receive the Plan complimentary, by contributing a donation towards your Plan or covering the cost of your Plan which will be determined once your Health Assessment Form has been received.

This is a not-for-profit venture.  100% of any Costs or Donations received are used to cover the Consultation Fee, Hamper Contents, Resources and Postage.

These-a-days it is so easy to transition to a plant-based diet as there are plant-based alternatives to meat, dairy, egg and honey.  Believe me, coming from cultures that love their food being half Italian and half Tonga, I can eat whatever my taste buds fancy.  The difference is, I consume foods and products that nourish my body, that are not destroying the planet and have not come from a murdered or exploited animal.  An animals life is not mine to take nor is anything that it produces.  We are in the midst of a worldwide genocide and as a result human and non-human animals are suffering and dying needlessly every day, species are going extinct and our planet is heating up causing devastating effects on the environment.  For more information, have a look at the Resource section which contains science based research on nutrition and environment and documentaries highlighting the cruelty of animal agriculture.
